mintghost asked: I have read some of her others, the first one I ever read was, Dawn. which at the time i thought was really great...until i read Flowers in the Attic and My Sweet Audrina. The rest are kind of just more of the same, I have never read the one series about the Landry family, although I may try it out one day. Most Vc Anders books now a days are some ghost writer who just rehashes themes from her...

hospitalwaste-deactivated201103 asked: Also, I have watched the film of The Cement Garden and absolutely loved it (love Charlotte Gainsbourg!). Have to read the book though. Have you read The Wasp Factory? It is really Scottish, but it has that combination of childish innocence and vulgarity that I think you would enjoy, and it's just generally spectacularly written in general.

hospitalwaste-deactivated201103 asked: Thank you so much for your great reply.

I have just read FITA for the first time at the age of 19, perhaps I am a bit old but I "felt" the book in such a strong way, it had a huge impact on me. I personally loved the contrast of the fairly earnest, cheesy 80s feel with the brazen acceptance of what we consider to be extreme taboos (incest). Honestly, I'd be pressed...

hospitalwaste-deactivated201103 asked: I hope you don't me asking this, but I have recently read Flowers In The Attic and Let's Go Play At The Adam's and have read that you love both, I would personally love to know why you loved both these texts since I would really like to know if someone had the same impression as me!

what is your secret to such a spectacular nosebleed? Or are you just naturally predisposed?

Anonymous asked: Your head tattoo looks good, but please Bonnie don't start getting lots of face tattoos, you have such a nice face. I understand the urge to destroy something pretty, but please don't do it.
